Question
HI TED, HOW ARE YOU. THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME.      I HAVE A 95 TOYOTA CAMRY, 2.2. I HAVE CHANGED THE TRANS FLUID,(DRAIN AND FILL) TWO QUARTS, AT EVERY OTHER OIL CHANGE, SINCE 2007.IT HAS 118, 000 MILES. WHEN I GOT THE CAR IT HAD 66,000, MILES. IT SEEMS THAT WHEN THE CAR IS HOT, THAT IT DOESNT WANT TO SHIFT INTO THE 4TH,  HIGH? GEAR, SEEMS WORSE ON AN INCLINE,ALSO WHEN DECELERATING GOING SLOW, A SMALL SHUDDER. HOWEVER, THIS HAS JUST STARTED HAPPENING,BUT THE LAST FEW TIMES THAT I RAN THE CAR A SHORT DISTANCE(ABOUT 3 MILES)IT SHIFTED THROUGH ALL THE GEARS FINE. I HOPE I GAVE YOU ENOUGH INFORMATION, AND THAT YOU HAVE SOME WISDOM FOR ME,  THANKYOU,  GEORGE

Answer
Hello, it could be a sticking valve in the valve body or maybe a clutch pack that is starting to wear and possibly a leaking internal seal causing some loss of fluid pressure, try an additive like Lucas transmission treatment, it seems to work pretty well.
