Question
Dear Ted,
Help again!  I have a vibration in my truck that starts at about 45 -50 and gets worse upon acceleration. You can hear it and feel it.  Seems to happen in gear or out.  So Far I have had the following done.
-4 new tires
-4 wheel align
-balance
-some front end work idler arm 2 new tie rod sleeves
-new drive shaft carrier bearing
Nothing has seemed to help and I have already spent about 2 grand
I would greatly appreciate your expert advice
Thanks, John

Answer
From what you are describing it sounds like this is a driveline vibration, what I recommend is that you remove the driveshaft and send it to a shop that specializes in balancing drivelines, was the center support bearing an attempt to repair this problem or did the vibration come after the bearing was replaced, if it was there before please follow my recommendation and have it balanced.
