World outdoor championship semifinalists. 2002- Second- USA outdoor Championships. 2000 Fourth- USA Olympic Trials. 1999 USA 800 Meter Indoor Champion. 1999 USA 800 Meter Outdoor Champion. 1998 NCAA 800 Meter Outdoor Champion while maintaining above a 3.0 GPA. (While at TCU) Been ranked in the top five in the U.S. in my event since 1998, being the number one ranked USA athlete as many as 4 times. In 1999 won the USA indoor and Outdoor Championship while working over 30 hours per week. 1999 TCU Male athlete of the Year. 1999 Member of the USA World indoor 4X400 meter relay Championship team. 2004- A member of the 2004 USA Olympic Team while finishing my requirements for my Masters degree in Public Administration.
