Question
hi i am 14 and interested in the 100 and 200 m sprints but i don't know what a sensible diet is also i don't know how to train correctly so if you could give me some ideas about what to eat and how to train i would be really grateful.

Answer
Adam,
You should eat what you usually eat and eat one banana each day. To train for the 100/200 you should do this. Start on the track at the starting line and run 100 fast then turn around and jog back 50. Then turn around and run another 100 fast then turn around and jog back 50. When you run seven 100s you will have completed the lap. Do this twice each week. Do not do this during the week when you are going to have a race.
