I am a 13 year old female.. 5' 1"... and i just finished my first year of track! i plan on running in the big sky state games on july 19-20.. i am going to do the 100h, 200h, 200m dash. my best times during season were: 100h- 17.67  200h-33.19  200m- 29.47* Are those times pretty good for my age? my 200d has got slower since then! i am not sure if it is because i am not doing the right workouts or what!  What do you think? Answer

Yes, those are pretty good times for your age. At this level of competition there will be some very good athletes. You should run in only one or two events. Select the events that you have the best chance of finishing high in the finals. Don't do any hard/fast workouts after next Tuesday.
