Question My 7 year old son enjoys running, especially the 400 Meter Dash. His best time this year was 1:21. What kind of training regimen can he do to improve his time and stamina? Thank you.
Answer Hello Brian,
SInce he is 7, I would only give im stuff he likes. At that age you want to make sure the kid is enjoying it and having fun. You can have him do 200's or 400's for fun on the track. Just do not give him too much and make sure it is something he enjoys so when he gets older he will still enjoy it and want to participate.
did not receive anything.
