Hi , iM A Freshman And Outdoor Season And Is Almost Here And Im Trying To Drop My 400 Time From 57/58 To A 53-55 Can You Help ?

Being a freshman, I'm sure your time will drop as you keep practicing shawn. I'd suggest you give me a specific question regarding your training. I wouldn't want to give a broad stroke answer to you without knowing anything about your current training. I will say that your event focuses on the "fast glycolitic" energy system and following a training program surrounding that system would be of benefit.
