Track & Field/thrower (shot & discus)

Hi, I'm Kelsee I was a thrower in high school (shot and disc)but might have a chance at throwing again in college. I'm more out of shape than I was in school and a little rusty. I was wondering if you could tell me how to get back in shape and just a little insight on what my diet should be like.

I can't give you specific diet and training recommendations Kelsee but, I can say that most throwers eat a very full and well rounded intake. I would suggest consulting with a registered dietitian for specifics.

Good luck returning to throwing!
