Yes, a 414 will work in your 766.  But, you will need at least (and perhaps more):

1.)  Throw away your existing fan shield. Get one that fits a 966, 1066 or 1466.

2.)  You will need injector lines that fit the 414 motor.  It's about 3 or 4 inches longer than the 360.

That's about it.  There is holes in the frame rails already that you can use for the 414.

It's unfortunate Case-IH does name the 414 as a replacement for the 360.  The transition is fairly simple.
