i am exactly like you. i even felt like i myself might have written this post. well there are some expections. i don't have a girlfriend and my family knows about the whole (i want to be a guy thing) but doesn't do nothing and still think that this phase will pass. i dress as a guy in my house and most of my family have accepted me as i am. i never ever changed myslef altough my mother, father, sisters, cousins and all of them have tried countless time. i am luckly that my family is (kind of) understanding. well i don't have good friends that i can share this (real myself) with. i know they will freak out and leave. i can be your net friend since you and i are going through same problem. i can't disclose my name here nor where i live (because sometimes when we search, our name can pop up so i don't want to be exposed). i am giving you my email (fake ofcourse) . and if you are wondering why i have a male name that's because if i ever when through transition then i want my name to be Danish. i hope that you read this and contact me cause i can't find anyone to share my problems with and i usually bottle them up inside me and every now and then fall into deep depressions. so, yeah contact me. :o)

I can answer questions that pertain to transition, coming out, dating, surgical options, etc., related to FTMs (female to male) and genderqueer individuals with a masculine gender expression.

I'm FTM who started transition in 1991. I have published articles and have spoken at colleges and universities on being and living as a transgendered individual. I have also presented workshops at a variety of FTM/transgendered conferences including FTM Conference of the Americas (1995-1997), Southern Comfort (late 1990s) Forward Motion (1999), Gender Odyssey (2000, 2004), and Forge (2007). I was one of several organizers of the Forward Motion conference.
