Question Hi Natahsa. I wrote to you a while back and u gave me some good advice..thank you..my problem and question is this...I let guys have their way with me most of the times because they treat me like a female..they know i like that so when they do it makes me feel so good inside that i repay them with sexual favors.. i know they probbly do so just to get what they want but still..if feels so good to be talked to and addressed as a female...over time i have now grown an addiction to performing oral sex on men...is this normal or am i the oddball case..any help is appreciated..thank you

The men who seek you out are not "normal" in that they in reality want in their minds men dressed as women but are prepared to lie to themselves as well as you. These guys are not straight men but gay men who cannot bring themselves to admit they are gay and so seek out TVs and preop TS women and dupe them. In their twisted psyche they no more see you as a woman than a straight or an out gay man might.
The fact that you enjoy giving men oral is fine, you are part of the great spectrum of bisexual or exclusively gay transvestites and if the scenario makes you feel more excited why worry so long as you are taking all the right precautions regarding safe sex.
Liking giving gay or bisexual men is no sin and so go ahead, you are in no way alone but as regards whether it makes you more of a woman only you can say and who honestly cares if it is not perceived the same by others around you.
Life is short so make the most of it. One thing you ought to realise is that if you were to transition such attention from men like the ones who seek you out will begin to dry up and post-SRS, such gay men will not want you. You will be just a woman and your past will plague you thus reducing your opportunities greatly to get a straight male long term partner.
That is why 55% of all postop ts women remain lesbian in their sexual outlook.
As an addendum I must revise my advice to you based upon my forgetting you are married. if you are having sex with men, then you must realise you are cheating on your wife and family. I am no moralist but I do value honesty and you must be aware that the sort of men you seek out have a higher probability of having an STD. It would place you in a terrible situation if you were to infect your wife, particularly since you say you enjoy oral sewx with men.
I strongly recommend, as I did before, that you seek out immediate counselling.
