Question
Hello there, me and two friends are going to India next week and would like to know how and where can we organise for 'pay-as-you-go' contracts in India?
Also, cheap budget accomodation in New Delhi? Have looked at Star View DX and Star Paradise Hotel/ Hostel but not sure if they are any good? Also if day tours are available and for how much?

I'm afraid I have no idea regarding "pay-as-you-go" contracts that you mention. But in all probability you will not be able to do any commercial transactions in India being foreigners.
New Delhi has good budget accommodation as well as day tours. Please see the latest edition of the LONELY PLANET - INDIA for more information. You can purchase it at any good bookstore in your town or order it online from www.lonelyplanet.com.
