Question I have a seven and a half year old weimaraner, who i love dearly. He is a fit dog, he has all his injections up to date, he has being micro-chipped and has being done, he no longer is a full dog....We have the oppotunity of a lifetime to work in Dubai for a minimum of five years....we dearly wish we can take our four legged friend with us on this adventure....Please can you tell us everything involved to make it as safe as possible... who to get in contact with.. any hints or recommendations...but, of course if it doesnt work out for us in Dubai we will want to bring him back home into England ...We live in Leeds, West Yorkshire,the flight from England is approx. 8 hrs.at most!!!Thankyou for all your help, we are quiet excited but nervous too for him!!!

The dog will need to travel only as Cargo NOT excess baggage.
Janet can help you secure an import permit. Should be no real
problems.
Just be sure to maintain annual rabies vacs every 11 months to keep
the UK pet passport up to date so you should have no problem returning
to UK
