Contact DR embassy or consulate near you.
Visit: www.ipata.com There are several pet shippers in Brazil
Contact the airline you will travel on. They are responsible for
checking paperwork for correctness before you board.
Wish I could be more specific. I am in USA and is not always easy
to provide the desired info between two foreign countries when the
USA is not involved.
