Travel Safety/Car Seat Recycling Program

Question
Hi,
I am Christine from the La Crosse County Health Department in La Crosse, WI. I am interested to learn more about what it took to start up your car seat recycling program. Health Educators here at LCHD are interested in presenting to our local recycling and hazardous waste center about the feasibility of doing something like a car seat recycling program. I would just like to know more about how you got started and how your program is being sustained?

Answer
Christine,
If you visit my www.carseatprogram.com web site, you will get a sense of what I have done to get the recycling program going. There is more to it than any email can communicate. Review what I have posted on the Recycling page, then CALL me and I can give more pointers. Cheers!
-Bill
