Travel Safety/Survey Request

Dear Mr. Flinchbaugh

My name is Shane Carman.  I am a University of Central Florida undergraduate student and conducting an important research survey for a proposed child and family oriented resort. I was wondering if you could help me by completing the survey?  Your information is for research purposes only and will not be shared with any third parties. If you have any questions, please contact me at .

Here is the link to the survey:

I was also wondering what would be the safest way to transport infants around a rural ranch when they are being cared for by the resort?  I am debating whether we could use golf carts and install car seats.

Thank you for your time and support.

Shane Carman

I took the survey, but found little related to my Expert specialty. As a former instructor at FTU/UCF, I am curious about your project. As for your one question on car seats, it is not as simple as a 'what should we use in a golf cart' question. Most golf carts don't have seat belts, so that can be the first challenge. If you would look for my email, and reply, we may be able to either correspond on this further, or we can talk on the phone. Cheers! -Bill
