Arrival Faro Apt around 6:30 pm. How can I go to Seville, by bus, train, hire car, etc ...?  Thanks

Public transport, only by bus, there is no train connection between the south of Portugal and the south of Spain. hiring a car would be the fastest option probably, but may be not the most convenient, more expensive and if you drop off in spain you will be charged a lot.

By bus with Alsa, and EvaBus

you can't buy tickets online for routes with origin in Portugal
i don't know why but alsa site didn't find faro-sevilla but lisboa-sevilla and faro is an stop in this route. unfortunately there are only  buses at 14h and 1am.

but there are only tow buses daily and the last one departs at 15:30

You will need here to read carefully this website and try to find combinations of transport after 6:30pm, normal connections by bus are not a good option this time.
