Question As a last minute trip we have decided to take our 2 and 5 year old to Orlando. My 5 year hold has his birth certificate and I thought I had my two year old taken care of, but it was in the safety deposit box and I think I will have to reorder. Does she need it to fly? We leave in 11 days and it appears we might have to wait 15 days for a copy.
Answer Hi Lesley,
This is an airline questions, so call them right away. As far as TSA, the screeners do not ask for identification, just boarding passes. Remember you still need to present your id and boarding pass to the ticket checker, who is an employee of the airlines.
