We are from London, Ontario hoping to travel to a Carribean All Inclusive resort with a 3 year old a 1 year old. Do you have any recommendations or advice on where to travel? Ideally, we want somewhere that have reliable kid friendly services for this age-group. We were thinking Mexican Riveria, however are open to suggestions.

Wow! A trip to the Caribbean sounds like a lot of fun. I have never been to the Caribbean before so unfortunately I am not going to be able to fully answer your question. But I was doing a little research for you and I found a couple interesting websites.
Another suggestion would be looking in to a Disney cruise. I know that they go to the Caribbean and are great for kids so that might be an idea.
