Question My family recently stayed at a 2 bedrm/2 bathrm Kauai timeshare. Housekeeping came in once during the week to change towels. How much tip do people leave for this service? How about if no housekeeping services are required? How much tip do we leave at end of trip? Thks.
Answer I don't really know anything about timeshares, but I would think that the normal rate that you would tip in a hotel would work, which is between $3 and $5 a day for housekeeping.
If there are no housekeeping services needed, then I wouldn't leave a tip as no one is providing you a service. Just be sure that you leave your timeshare as clean or cleaner than the day you arrived.
