Question Hello. My family and I are going to DisneyWorld in October and I was thinking about taking a baby backpack (Kelty) with the metal frame for my 1 year old son to carry him through the airport. Am I allowed to take this "baby backpack" all the way onto the plane (once we get through security) or do I have to check it with my stroller?
Answer Hi Michelle,
Happy Labor Day to you.
You may want to check out this product called, "traveling toddler". It looks convenient and easy to use. The link is below.
My best advice is to call your airlines and ask them what their guidelines are for backpacks. It would count as a carry-on item. My personal opinion is that if it can fit in the overhead bin, then you should be able to take it on the airplane.
