Question QUESTION: Hi! We are looking for a cost effective vacation for our family. Our kids are 13,12, 10. We are playing with the idea of Maui, So Cal beach house. We don't have a budget, but hope to use our tax returns which are usually about 3,000. ( i know thats not much! and wont get us to maui..

ANSWER: You didn't mention where you are flying from. The cost of air is going to take a big chunk of that $3000 budget. If you can let me know where you are flying from I will be able to get you some options. Please email me direct as I can't post prices on this website. Do know that I am a certified travel agent, and I don't charge for my services. So unlike those big impersonal travel websites, I will work with you and help you find the best value for your budget and then assist you with the booking. Answer Since you are traveling from San Francisco, you can get to Oahu, Hawaii within your budget, but no food or drink will be included so you will need to plan on those extra costs. I can get you all to Cancun at an moderate all inclusive for right around your budget as well, but all your food and drinks and non-motorized water sports will be included.
