Question
Hi my parents are planning to take my 3 children to France and I'm concerned they might have problems as they have a different surname to the kids and to make things even worse so do I. I can contact their father if necessary but need to double check what documentation my parents will need

Answer
First each child must have a valid US passport. Then you must have an affidavit signed and notarized by both parents. I have one you can download from our website at: http://www.globaldreamvacations.net/Affidavit.doc

That is all that is needed :-)
