Question Hi, so this is a little complicated. I am currently the temporary guardian of my 17 year old brother while my parents are out of the country. He wants to go on vacation with a friend's family to Mexico. I only have signing authority for my Dad. My parents can only get to a notary if they travel hours to a consulate. What can be done?
