Question
Do bagworms kill evergreen

Answer
If they completely defoliate a conifer and do this a couple if years in a row they can kill a conifer. usually they will cause die back for feeding. The bags should be either hand picked and destroyed or the foliage should be sprayed with an insecticide like Orthene.
