Triumph Repair/Early TR250 Horns

Here is some additional detail on the horn issue:  As stated there is constant power to the horn(s) via the purple wire.  I found 2 of the 4 bendable mounting tabs that hold the horn slip ring in place to be broken.  This allowed the slip ring to raise up to touch the horn push plunger.  Horn would blow while turning steering wheel; or pushing on one side of the steering wheel, and even at dead stop or start up.
