Question What's the difference between a 5G and a 5GS mouthpiece?
Answer The 5GS has a slightly shallower cup, smaller bore (throat) and backbore than the 5G. If you're looking for a little extra "zing" in the upper register it might be the ticket. They're made for both large and small shank.
