About Brad Anderson Expertise I can answer most questions dealing with Trombone pedagogy and performance. If I do not know the answer to a question myself, I have a number of colleagues I can consult. I can also answer most questions about learning or teaching most brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments up to an intermediate level.
Experience I have a Bachelor of Music Education degree, a Master of Music degree in Trombone performance, and nine years teaching experience as a band director. I have taught students ranging from fifth grade through college level. I have also worked in an instrument repair shop, so I have experience in maintenance and repair techniques for all band instruments as well.

On my Olds Ambassador, the serial number is engraved underneath the screw. You'll have to attach the slide to the bell and look on the back. Mine has a six digit number, yours should have a six or seven digit number depending on when it was manufactured.

I found the serial on my Ambassador right underneath the screw/attachment ring on the slide arm, where it attached to the horn, not on the horn body itself.

I found the serial number on a similar trombone. If you lift up the lock nut you'll find the serial number stamped on the inner connector of the slide.
