Question QUESTION: Is it possible to have my Cummins Celect Injectors N14, OE part number 3088178 or 3411764 repaired in Nigeria?
If it is, can you please advise me where?

Presently, there is no facility to the best of my knowledge that is capable of professionally handling celect injector repairs in Nigeria.
Currently, Cummins do not have repair kits for celect injectors, in fact they advised that it can not be repaired for now and recommends replacement.

I was about to be duped into handing over a fortune to a con mechanic/re-wire technician who claimed that it is now possible to repair/recondition those celect injector units for my ERF EC14 1996 at Dangote in Lagos.
Any comment on this?

I know that Dangote has quite a number of Freight liners powered by Cummins N14 series engine. I enquired from a friend who worked for Dangote at his Badagry road workshop about the above, his answer is that Dangote has no facility for Celect injector repairs.
Even if Dangote has, it will be solely for his own fleet. Moreover, Dangote is shifting towards GMC powered freightliners. Please contact Cummins West Africa Ltd at ijora for confirmation.
