We had a problem at my job with freightliner m2 models the wipers wouldnt stop after switching them off.Kinda silly ,but the best answer we found for the problem is to put dialectric grease in the plug in and it works

If truck is equipped with a Qualcom or aftermarket radio check the wiring harness. I found a short between the Battery and Ignition wires. Once I repaired the chafed wires all is good.
