KNOW SOMEBODY THAT JUST PURCHASED A TRUCK, SAID E.P.A. HAD HELPED HIM WITH MORE THAN 50% OF THE VALUE TO BUY THE TRUCK WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY IT BACK. CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE? ALSO WAS TOLD THAT THE EQUIPMENT THAT YOU CURRENTLY OWNED HAS TO HAVE A WHOLE IN THE BLOCK ?? PLEASE ANSWER ME, AND THANKS A LOT FOR UR ATTENTION TO MY QUESTION.

I'd like to know of the EPA program because I'll put holes in the blocks of all my trucks to get new ones! I know there are some programs out there to help with older trucks and in California, the EPA was giving some money to truckers that ship to Ports. This was to upgrade to newer trucks. If this person said that they got a new truck for 50% off, they're full of it!
