Trucking/Start-up Dump truck business

Question
I was just approved for a loan to start my dump truck business and I wanted to what is the next step to getting my business name legal or established?
Hi April.
I would form some sort of Corporation in your state. An attorney or accountant can help you with that. Then contact your state's Department of Transportation and get your DOT numbers, fuel tax sticker, etc.
Finally, call it "Bob Stephens Trucking"! (Just kidding about that one).
