Question
Hello Bob.
I saw you answered a question about someone asking you about a cdl for a car trailer.  Do you need a cdl for a 3 car wedge with a gvwr of 14,000 - 18,000#'s with an f-350 dually diesel? The combined gvwr comes in at about 25,800#'s
Oh, and with a fifth wheel, I am also partial to the fifth wheels.  Thank you for your help.

Answer
Hi AJ.

Sorry about the delay.  I had to jump in the truck this week.  Here is a link that should help you out.  It's from the Iowa DOT, but it's valid in all states.

You should be fine, but I would get a Class B with that GVW being so high.

Good luck!
