Question
I've been playing trumpet for five years. I use a Bach 7c mouthpiece. I practice an hour every day. I was able to hit notes off the staff up to a high C for a year now. For this week I haven't been able to hit that high. Do you know of any problem and how to fix that problem?

Answer
Duane,
I'd generally think you might not be using enough air when playing-Thats usually the problem
of why you can't hit high notes- Maybe your over practicing and need to leave it alone for a
a day or so. Make sure you warm up gradually as well-makes a big difference
Sincerely
Troy Laabs
