Question
My friend owns 2 Schiller Trumpet-Schiller Centertone Trumpet
and Schiller Flugelhorn-I've heard some feedback on your Trumpets-Mostly good what can you tell me about them
would you recommend Bach or Schiller Trumpet
I've seen your Website www.schillerinstruments.com
Site says Trumpets are engineered in Germany

Answer
Soik,
Firstly
Schiller and Bach are both good Trumpets. Whats sometimes
alarming to some of my buyers is the price on the Horns
Because we Engineer the Trumpets in Germany and have them
Manufactured in our Factory in China. We can keep the cost
down-So a Trumpet that might ordinarily sell for $1200-$2000
we can probable sell for $400-$700 because of the Labor
Savings. If you look at any of our Schiller Trumpet or Schiller Cornet models Your going to find some real value and since 2008 all of
our models have been outfitted with our new Modern Valve Block
which is the best in the industry. Reverse Leadpipes on some
of our models is a real plus-It helps the Trumpets play in
Tune better-and you can reach the higher register easier as well.
Our Trumpet business is growing by about 35% a Year and it
all comes down to quality and value.
Appreciate this chance to talk to you about Schiller
Sincerely
Troy Laabs
