I own a beatiful old rotary-valve trumpet in c/b-flat and I am wondering who made it, when it is made and how old it is.

Hi Mark;

Sorry I can't be much help on this. I'm not that familiar with manufacturers of rotary trumpets. I would recommend contacting a gentleman named Richard Dundas. I'm afraid I've lost my contact information for him, but, he wrote a book called "Twentieth Century Brass Musical Instruments in the United States" and he's somewhat of an expert on such matters. He may be able to help you. Look to the TPIN (Trumpet Player's International Network) for contact information on him.  I hope this little bit of information was helpful.
