I myself played a Getzen 700 in my senior HS year and thru my college years.  Now 16 years later,I'm handing it off to my daughter in almost as good of condition as it was when bought new (just an additional ding or two). It still sounds great. This is an excellent horn, and my 7th Grade daughter seems to love playing it as much as I do.

I am familiar with many trumpet makes & models...I currently own 13 that are not on the resale market, & are in constant use. I can answer most questions about playing and music in general. I can help you out with your next trumpet purchase or steer you in the right direction in regards to a horn you are thinking about purchasing...expensive/high end isn't always the best! I'm also familiar with many mics used for pickup. I'm quite familiar with a vast amount of the mouthpieces out there & can give you comparisons or recommendations.
