Question Can you drop a person from a irrevocable trust?
Answer It wouldn't be irrevocable then would it???
Unfortunately it is impossible to correctly answer this question without looking at the trust, and reviewing the terms, but as a general rule, the Grantor of an Irrevocable Trust must give up all rights to the assets and the terms of the trust.
