Question I have recently been informed that I am listed on my fathers living trust. I was never informed he had a will. How do I go about finding all this information? I was served legal papers from the Florida Deptartment of Transportation, as they needed easement rights to widen two roads. If not for this I would not have known anything. Thank you.
Answer I am sorry, but I suspect this is just the wrong format to ask and try to answer such a question. But you gave me very few facts. Is your father alive? If so, is he competent? If not, who is the current trustee?
I suspect even when you answer these questions, the real question you are trying to ask (I am not sure what this is) is far too complicated for this format. You should probably contact the attorney who prepared the trust, and ask your questions there.
