Trusts & Estates Law/Executor of Will

Question
How much control does the executor of a will have?  Is there anything in place to make sure everything is done legally and the way it is stated in will?  Thank you!!!

Answer
Hi
The executor has to function within the framework of the Will. Hence one can decide on the role of executor after examining the content of the Will. The Executor's powers are limited in the context of a minor.  The concerned /affected parties can seek the Executor's reply on their concern before moving the court of law for a degree.

Hope that helps
