I will be travelling for 5 days in Turkey, 2 days in Istanbul and 3 in Cappadocia. Can you suggest some charming Turkish hotels/boutiques/hostels that I can stay within 30-40 euros per night for 2 persons with breakfast. I have also heard of the fairy chimney hotels in Cappadocia which I am keen on.
I had read about Mavi in Istanbul and Kelebek in Cappadocia. Kelebek is very expensive for my budget. Also would you recommend Mavi Hostel?

I am not an expert for hostels and pensions in your price range however there are plenty of hostels in Sultanahmet area that I know.
