Question
Hi, I am backpacking (on a budget!) through Turkey in August and am looking for help with my itinery as i do not know where in turkey is best to go and how long to spend in each place.
I most definitely want to go to Istanbul, Galipoli, Ephesus, and Cappadocia as well as a 3 day blue cruise which goes from feiythe to Olympos (and spend a couple of days in Olympos). I will then be heading off to greece. i have 20 days in Turkey (5th - 24th). Its a difficult question sorry but no one i have spoken to in Australia can tell me how long to stay in each spot or if there is somewhere more interesting to go.
Thank you

Answer
Hi Nicola,

Istanbul 4 to 5 days, Gallipoli a day or two, Ephesus 2 days if you do not include Pamukkale another day. Cappadocia 3 maybe 4 and down to Mediterranean to Olympos or Cirali for couple of days would be a nice allocation of your days.

Have fun,

Murat
