Are there christian,or Assyrian, or Chaldean, or Arabic churches in turkey? are there Christians from middle east who live in Turkey? Where?
thank you
Answer Hi;
The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate is called Fener Rum PAtriarchate in Turkey and it is in Istanbul, as well as several of their active churches in Turkey.
There are Catholic churches from more recent times.
( A number of major Christian sites linked to the Bible like seven churches including ePHESUS, sMYRNA, Pergamon , Sardis , Thyatira , Philedelphia, are in Turkey , as well as other sites like Antioch on the Oronthes , Tarsus plus as much as several book contents more. )
Part of Tthe main answer to your question is in eastern Turkey although few active in number , there are Asyrian churches, called Suryani churches .
