So sorry I usually answer questions that are general and what you really need here is a travel agent to give you all the exact details of what flights are operating what days and when .Prices vary as to what time you fly and on what days so unfortunatley I dont have the time to research all of this for you where as a travel agent will have this info immediately to hand . I would email Argeus travel www.argeus.com or Stone park travel agency - these are both in Urgup Cappadocia or alternatively try Walkabout Travel www.walkabout.com.tr in Istanbul and they will all be able to help you .They also all have local tours of the areas that you mentioned and Walkabout has a very extensive website with loads of various tours on offer from day tours to adventure , self drive etc etc
