Question
Hi. I am about to leave for a flight to Turkey. I have just noticed that my passport expires at the end of July & friends have told me that I have to have at least 6 months left on the passport in order to enter Turkey. This is news to me! The airline have booked me onto the flight and seemed unconcerned but I am worried about what will happen at the other end. Will they let me through? Thanks, Claire

Answer
Hi Claire,

I have just called for you Ataturk Airport arrival police, and the news is, you can enter if your passport valid and your passport has to be valid as well on the day you leave the country, otherwise no minimum validity required.
Hope this helps.

Regards,
Murat
