Question
We are planning to visit turkey in May or june 2010 with our family of 2 kids aged 13 and 8 yrs.for about 6 to 7 days. Is this a good time to travel to turkey? What are the important sites that we should visit? Thanks
Hi,
sorry for my late reply but I was on a vacation with my family and just got nack. Regarding your question, May-June and mid Sept-Oct are the best times to visit Turkey, it's not very hot and not cold at all, and not much crowded like July-Aug.
There are many sites you can visit in Turkey, some of them are archaeological sites and some are natural wonders, coastal areas etc. It depends what you're looking for, but you can have an idea about the top tourist sights in my web page
