Question Hi, I have a question I was really hoping you can help me with. Is it true that if you conceive with triplets that you have pregnancy symptoms much sooner than if it were just one? Reason I ask is that I was broken up with my ex girlfriend for about two months then we had sex on a sunday and by wednesday she was already having heartburn, frequesnt urination, etc...I also found out she was seeing another guy during this, she told be the reason she had symptoms so quickly after sex is because they were triplets, is this true?
Answer I'm not a medical professional, but I find it highly unlikely that she'd be having pregnancy symptoms within three days of sex, even with multiples. And she certainly wouldn't know at that point if she was carrying triplets. I'd insist on a blood test.
