DATE AND IT LOOKS LIKE GEORGE WASHINGTON FACING RIGHT AND ON THE BACK SEATED LIBERTY WITH AN EXTENDED OLIVE BRANCH.

It's hard to say what it is.
Dollars in the 1800's were only made out of silver or gold, but I am not aware of any such coins that were minted by the US government that had Washington's head on them prior to the 20th century.
There is a trade dollar that was minted from 1873-1885 which had a seated liberty extending an olive branch, but the other side had an eagle on it. You can view this coin here:
