Question
What was the education, after the bible encouraged the higher rate, of Puritan Women?

Answer
I'm not certain that the Bible DID encourage the higher education of women.  But assuming it did the only real education Puritan education were generally exposed to was in the medical or teaching profession.  Midwifery--the practice of helping deliver babies and care for the newly-boprn babies--was common, but this knowledge came about only through experience.  There were virtually NO recognized schools for medical training of any kind--for men or women.  As for teaching, this too came about purly through experience.  Women were never allowed to attend higher level education until the early 1800s and if a woman seemed to have more education than another it was entirely self-acquired through personal study.
