Question When a person votes in a primary election in one party, can that person vote in the general election for someone in the other party?
Answer Yes... During a Primary you can only vote for whatever party you belong to. However, during the general election, you are free to vote for whom you please.
For example, I am registered democrat but I am voting for the Republicans. Therefore, I was not able to vote for the Republicans in the primary, but I will be voting Republican in the general election.
